Biography:
Hailing from Savannah, GA, Listen 2 Three was raised on momma's home cookin' and good old rock and roll. Three heads are better than one, and L2t sounds as as if they share one collective set of ears. These lifelong friends graduated from high school together, and started life in college.. until music happened. They learned their craft by playing along with the radio and sneaking into Savannah clubs at age 16, thrown in the fire by the seasoned pros in the community. Soon, they were playing every open mic the Creative Coast had to offer. This education was the inspiration for the title of their recently released debut album, “Play It By Ear.” A roller coaster of moody tones, this is the perfect album for the car, spending a night what that special someone, or just hanging out. Ripping bluesy rock and melting acoustic hearts, L2t is tasty as a glass of cold, sweet tea. Their tunes and tones appeal to ears of all ages, and evoke the oft-elusive feeling of not being alone. The band is heavily influenced by John Mayer, The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Jason Mraz, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Tom Petty, and reminiscent of rock's greatest eras. L2t has sold over 1,000 copies of “Play It By Ear” since their album release party on December 12, 2009. The have shared the stage with Collective Soul, Spin Doctors, David Garza, Clay Cook, Michael Tolcher, Doria Roberts, and Jack Sherman. The trio is currently working full time on the project, and will be touring the southern United States from coast to coast in the fall.
